U S ASSET SOLUTIONS is a clearinghouse of properties located in the United States. In our database you will find current REO properties (SFR, Multi and Com’l) from the smallest of banks to the largest of bank in the US.

We have been gathering, with the cooperation of all the financial institutions all the REO product and NPN product available in the make directly from them, not a secondary source. Data will be updated as promptly as we receive the information.

What does this do for me? If you are looking for all the homes priced $100K-$300K in a specific area you will get all the REO’s in that area, if you are looking for them on a nationwide basis, your report will come back with all the homes in the US that meet those guidelines. If price is your key point, all the homes in California in a certain price will be in your report. You control what you are looking for.

Your report will come back with the location of the property, square footage, bedrooms, baths, in many cases the size of the parcel it is on, the price and contact information for further information.
Our goal here is to bring to you the most in depth availability of REO in the US. You will be notified if new properties are added to the data base or if there has been price changes in properties you have selected.

We expect the data base to be up and running in mid to late February 2012 with improvements being made on a weekly basis as we continue on.

There will be three levels of membership, individual, which can obtain no more than 5 properties at a time to a maximum number in a month, small investor which can obtain no more than 25 properties at a time to a maximum number in a month, then finally the Investor which will have no limits on it.
